1. Eligibility for Returns Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To qualify: The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Return & Exchange Options Option 1: In-Store Return and Exchange Visit our store within 7 days of delivery to return the item. You may select another item of equal or greater value by paying the difference.
Option 2: Paid Exchange via AZ Express For a fee of Rs 75, AZ Express will process the exchange. We will collect the original item and deliver a replacement in a different size. Important: The decision to exchange for another size must be made within the 7-day return window.
3. Important Notes Exchanges are subject to product availability. Delivery and return processing will be handled exclusively by AZ Express to ensure efficient service. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Final sale items. Gift cards. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
6. Refunds AZ SHOESTEP does not offer refunds. Returns and exchanges can only be made for replacement products or store credit, where applicable.
